Contraindications: This spicy tea blend should be used with caution for those with a Pitta imbalance, such as excessive heat in the body, rash, hives and hyperacidity.
Directions: Boil 1.5 cups of water. Turn the heat to low and add 1.5 Tbsps. of Ayurvedic Spiced Chai blend. Steep on low heat for 10-15 minutes. Add 1 cup of organic milk** and steep for an additional 5 minutes. Strain into your favorite mug. Once the temp has cooled a bit, add honey to taste, sip and enjoy!
**Cow milk can be substituted with almond milk, hemp milk or water.
