Contraindications
Should be taken in small doses with children (about ¼ of the suggested dose). Pitta Honey Infusion should not be consumed during pregnancy or by children younger than 1 year of age.

General Directions
Always use a clean and dry spoon to avoid contamination.
Stir well before use. Take one small spoonful (about 1 teaspoon) followed by warm water about 15 to 30 minutes before each meal. Alternatively, this honey can be added to warm water or tea as preferred. Recommended to be taken on a daily basis for best results.
Do not refrigerate. Store in a dark, cool (below 70º), and dry environment for longest shelf life. Potency will last for a minimum of one year from purchase date.
