Contraindications
This formula is best for Kapha and Pitta types, although Vata individuals can take with care during times of detoxification. Avoid if there is a strong Vata imbalance such as debility, insomnia, severe anxiety, or low body weight. Do not use during pregnancy, postpartum, or while breastfeeding. Avoid with children under 16 and adults over 65.
It is always recommended to consult with your doctor or physician before starting any new herbal regimen, especially if any diseases are present or prescription medications are currently being taken.
General Directions
Take ½ tsp of the daily detox formula mixed in a half cup of warm water. Steep for 5 minutes, stir well, and drink without straining. Take this three times daily before meals. If a meal is missed, the herbs can still be taken. If a dosage is forgotten, you can double up the following round if desired.
