Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will be shipped out via USPS within 24-48 business hours, unless otherwise posted during the checkout process. Once shipped the order will be delivered in 2-7 business days depending on the destination.
We are not responsible for any lost packages due to the wrong shipping address being listed. If you notice your shipping address is not correct, please contact us immediately with the correct address and we will do our best to resolve this issue before shipment.
International Shipping
We are currently only allowing international shipping to Canada, Europe (excluding Spain), and Australia. All eligible international orders will be shipped out via USPS International First Class within 24-48 business hours, unless otherwise posted during the checkout process. The estimated shipping is said to be 12-16 days, although this time may vary due to customs.
Please be aware that shipping internationally is a risk for the buyer. Although many orders arrive safely to their destination, at times they do not. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or undelivered orders. We are not able to track an item once it leaves the United States. Please be aware of this risk before placing your order.

All orders that are not accepted by customs will be refunded only once everything is returned to our business location. The refund amount will be the total cost, minus the shipping charges. The return shipment can often take several months to arrive back to our facility.
Please note that orders from certain countries, may be subject to an additional fee by customs at the time of pick-up/delivery. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but it is out of our control.
Domestic Returns
We currently are accepting domestic returns for any products that are unopened (with original seal) and undamaged within 30 business days after the date of purchase. In order to obtain the refund, we require the customer ship the unwanted, unopened products back to our location within this 30 day limit. Once we receive the products, we will refund the cost of the returned goods, minus the shipping charges. When needed, a $3-$5 restocking fee will be added.
**Please note that any items that are not sealed with a tamper evident seal are NOT eligible for returns. This includes the massage oils, spice blends, and some of our powdered formulas.
If for any reason you receive:
- Wrong order
- Broken bottle or jar
- Contaminated product
We will gladly refund the order or replace the product without needing a returned shipment.
If any package is refused upon delivery, we will refund you as soon as we receive the unopened package back to our location. The refund amount will be the total cost, minus the shipping charges and a $5 handling fee.
International Returns
International returns are not accepted by Svastha Ayurveda unless there is an issue on our behalf.

- Wrong order

- Contaminated product
