This heating and stimulating formula is often used as a weight loss aid speeds up the metabolism, promotes circulation, removes stagnation and burns toxins. Mix 1⁄2 tsp of Trikatu in 1-2 tsp of honey and take 3 times daily. Take 30 minutes before each meal and wash down with warm water.
