Contraindications: Trikatu churna should be avoided during pregnancy and in conditions of high Pitta (excessive heat in the body such as hyperacidity or gastric ulcers).
Directions: Mix 1⁄2 tsp of Trikatu in 1-2 tsp of honey and take 3 times daily. Take 30 minutes before each meal and wash down with warm water.
