Our Breakfast Spices have been formulated to support healthy digestion, awaken the mind, and get the blood flowing each morning. This tasty blend is perfect for sprinkling on oatmeal, porridge, yogurt, smoothies, granola, fruit, and warm beverages; but is so versatile, it can be used in many other recipes as well!

This blend of spices is heating and should be used with caution if you are experiencing high Pitta symptoms such as excessive heat, hot flashes, hyperacidity, or similar issues.

Always check with your doctor before taking herbs if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, currently on any medications, or experiencing any severe illnesses.

General Directions

Mix ½ to 1 teaspoon per cup of uncooked oatmeal, porridge, or granola. If you are mixing with yogurt, only ¼ teaspoon is suggested.

The Breakfast Spices can be blended to any smoothie, nut milk, warm beverage, dessert, sweet, or savory recipe that is desired.

Alternatively, mix ¼ teaspoon of the spices in 1 teaspoon of honey and ½ teaspoon of ghee (optional). The addition of honey and ghee will help enhance the health properties and promote rejuvenation, energy, and healthy digestion.
