Contraindications
None. This oil is gentle enough for all ages to use on a regular basis.
General Directions
Warm the oil by placing it in a container of hot water for 2-3 minutes. Massage onto the scalp, working your way to the ends. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing out with shampoo. For best results, leave on overnight.
Recommended to use 1-3 times each week, depending on your needs.
To wash out, use a clarifying shampoo on the scalp to get out any oily residue, especially for fine hair. If a clarifying shampoo is not available, wash the hair once and then wash the scalp a second time (hair roots only); condition as usual.
This oil can also be used as a foot massage oil before bed to reduce stress and tension, and indirectly support hair growth.

I have been using it monthly for nearly a year. It has helped keep my scalp and fine hair well-hydrated in the hot, desert environment I live in. I have also noticed a decrease in natural hair loss. It does have a strong, bitter odor, which you get used to, bit that’s the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
