Contraindications
Trikatu Churna should be avoided during pregnancy and in conditions of high Pitta (excessive heat in the body such as hyperacidity or gastric ulcers).
It is always recommended to consult with your doctor or physician before starting any new herbal regimen, especially if disease is present or prescription medications are currently being taken.
General Directions
Mix ½ teaspoon of Trikatu Churna in 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey and take 3 times daily. Take 15 to 30 minutes before each meal and wash down with a few sips of warm water.
Alternatively, mix ½ teaspoon of Trikatu Churna in ½ cup of warm water. Steep for 3 minutes, stir well, and drink. Take this 15 to 30 minutes before each meal.
