General Directions
Boil 3 cups of water. Turn the heat to low and add 2 tablespoons of the Women’s Balance Blend. Steep for 8 to 10 minutes and strain.
It is recommended to drink about 1 to 2 cups of the tea daily during times of imbalance; otherwise drink as desired. During the hot months, refrigerate after preparing and drink a cooling, refreshing blend all summer long!
