Mix ½-1 tsp per cup of cooked oatmeal, porridge or granola, depending on the taste of the individual. If you are mixing with yogurt, only ¼ to ½ tsp is suggested.

An alternative way to get all the health benefits of this mixture, increasing energy, digestion and circulation; is to mix ½ tsp of the spices in 1 tsp of honey and ½ tsp of ghee(optional). The addition of honey and ghee will help enhance the health properties.  Take 1 tsp of this mixture, 2-3 times daily.
