General Directions
Take 5 dropper-fulls* in 1/4 cup of warm water about 30 minutes before the desired bedtime. For an extra restless night, you may increase to 6-10 dropper-fulls*.
These doses can also be taken if there is an unexpected awakening throughout the night. Suitable for nightly use. No side effects and non-habit forming.
*One dropper full is the equivalent of one squeeze and equals about 30 drops.

This product did not help me sleep and I got a headache – however, I will trying again as it might have been something else giving me the headache. Seems very expensive for quantity.

Hi Kathy,
I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with this product. This is not a common reaction, and I hope you will give it a second try. Since everyone reacts differently to herbs however, your system may not be receiving this formula very well. Although there is only trace amounts of alcohol in the tincture, this could also have been an instigator if your body is very sensitive to this substance.

I’ve been using the tincture for a couple of months. I’ve never had trouble falling asleep, but I do wake frequently. This works beautifully for me. As one reviewer remarked I wake up feeling grounded and rested. No side effects and I love that it’s a natural remedy.
