Contraindications
It is recommended to apply a spot test on the wrist before applying onto the affected skin areas. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs. Otherwise, this skin oil is generally safe, gentle, and can be used daily.
Always check with your doctor if you are pregnant, on prescription medications, or are experiencing any severe health issues.
General Directions
Warm the oil by placing the bottle into a container of hot water for several minutes (optional but recommended). Massage the skin oil onto the affected areas.
Due to the thick nature of this oil, it is best applied before bed and left on overnight. During flare-ups and for severe skin conditions, a second application may be needed in the morning.
Please use old socks and clothes for at least 30 minutes after application, as the oil may stain or stretch clothing over time.
Use daily for best results.

I absolutely LOVE this oil! Castor oil is so amazing in and of itself already of course, but this formulation is absolutely amazing! I have dry skin and also suffer from recurring dermatitis.
