*Vata may become increased with excessive use. To avoid this, Vata types can take the Super Greens in warm water and add a teaspoon of ghee, coconut oil, Majja Ghrita, or Rasayana Ghrita.
Contraindications
This formula is safe and gentle to take daily for most individuals. Children can take in half of the recommended dose. Svastha Super Greens should be avoided during pregnancy but can be taken postnatal and while breastfeeding.
Always consult with your doctor before taking any herbal supplement, especially if you are currently taking prescription medications.
General Directions
Mix 1 teaspoon of Svastha Super Greens in ½ to 1 cup of warm water. Take this each morning upon awakening and again in the afternoon between meals. Vata and Pitta types can add 1 tsp of coconut oil or ghee for increased benefits.
Alternatively, Super Greens can be added to apple juice or smoothies, as preferred.
Recommended to take daily for best results.

I like this product in smoothies and just a alternative milk to give me a boost in the morning. However, it may be a little too cooling for my digestion. the spice helps balance the cooling effects of the Spirulina & Chlorella.
