This spicy tea blend should be used with caution for those with a Pitta imbalance, such as excessive heat in the body, rash, hives and hyperacidity. Boil 1½ cups of water. Turn the heat to low and add 1½ tablespoons of Ayurvedic Spiced Chai blend. Steep on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Add 1 cup of milk* and steep for an additional 5 minutes. Strain into your favorite mug. Once the temperature has cooled a bit, add honey to taste, sip, and enjoy!
*Cow milk can be substituted with almond milk, hemp milk, coconut milk, or water.
