I like this product in smoothies and just a alternative milk to give me a boost in the morning. However, it may be a little too cooling for my digestion. the spice helps balance the cooling effects of the Spirulina & Chlorella.

In the summertime I juice fresh veggies nearly every day but once winter hit, I couldn’t do it anymore (it was causing a severe vata imbalance). I was happy when I stumbled upon these greens that I can mix with warm water and still get my nutritional boost during the cold winter months!
