*This amount of mung dal and rice will provide 9 – two cup servings of kitchari for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during a 3 day cleanse.
Ayurvedic Effects
*Kitchari is generally tridoshic; however, basmati rice may increase Kapha dosha due to its heavy, starchy nature. For anyone that does not digest white rice well, the 3-Day Quinoa Kitchari Cleanse Kit will be a better option.

Dalen Rana –
I tried this kitchari cleanse for the first time and my body seemed to really like it. It tastes great and feels soothing on my stomach. I love that it comes with additional cleanse tips to make the most out of the 3 days. Will definitely be doing this again!
