This is a very balanced tea blend and is suitable for all ages and body-types.  Healthy Digestion Tea can be taken in pregnancy and breastfeeding, although it is always recommended to consult with your doctor or midwife before taking any herbal product at this time.

General Directions

Boil 3 cups of water. Turn the heat to low and add 1.5-2 Tbsp of the Healthy Digestion tea blend. Steep for 10-15 minutes on low heat and then strain into another pot. Once the tea has cooled a bit, add honey to taste.

Sip on throughout the day or drink one cup 30 minutes before each meal. It is recommended to drink about 1 cup of the tea 2-3 times daily. During the hot months, refrigerate after preparing and drink a digestion enhancing, refreshing blend all summer long!
