General Directions
Boil 3 cups of water. Turn the heat to low and add 1½ to 2 tablespoons of the Healthy Digestion Tea. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat and then strain. Once the tea has cooled a bit, add honey to taste if desired.
Sip on throughout the day or drink one cup 30 minutes before each meal. It is recommended to drink about 1 cup of the tea 2 to 3 times daily. During the hot months, refrigerate after preparing and drink a digestion enhancing, refreshing blend all summer long!
