Wow! The flavor is wonderful and just enough bite to not be boring. The only down-side is that it takes a total of 30 minutes to prepare. Yes, it is well worth the wait, but does take pre-planning. The directions suggest to add honey after it cools some. I did not care for the flavor, so just added stevia. Perfect

This tea is wonderful. Very nicely balanced among the flavors – I like a decent amount of “spice” in my chai and this has it without being too overwhelming. I take it with soy milk and no extra sweetener. Definitely much higher quality than you can get in any bagged tea.

This is the Chai that I have been searching for! As soon as you open the beautiful tea tin you can tell that the product is high quality. The herbs are fragrant, fresh and beautiful. The flavor is strong without being overwhelming…brought me right back to India. I use almond or coconut milk and sometimes add coconut sugar. Thank you for creating such a wonderful product!
