General Directions

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Pitta Churna to any savory dish. For the best flavor, sauté the spice mixture in ghee before adding it to a recipe. For a stronger dose, take ¼ teaspoon in ½ teaspoon of aloe juice or ghee before each meal.

    I have an inflammatory condition related to some Gastrointestinal issues. The Pitta Churna is a lovely way for me to add spices to my
    meals that support my digestion while also keeping the “inner fire” in balance. It is a nice healing mix of warming and cooling spices.
