General Directions

Boil 2 cups of water* and turn the heat down to a simmer. Add in 1 to 2 tablespoons of Sleepy Tea and let steep for 8 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Add milk and honey as desired.

*For additional sleep-inducing effects, replace 1 cup of the water with milk and steep the tea on a simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
