Contraindications
Kapha Churna is a heating spice mixture and should not be used by those with too much Pitta (heat) in the system. This may manifest as acid reflux, heartburn, diarrhea, rash, or inflammation.
Always check with your doctor before taking herbs if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, currently on any medications, or experiencing any severe illnesses.
General Directions
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Kapha Churna to any savory dish. For the best flavor, sauté the spice mixture in ghee or olive oil before adding it to a recipe. For a stronger dose, take ¼ to ½ teaspoon mixed in ½ to 1 teaspoon of honey before each meal; wash down with a few sips of hot water.

I use this everyday, I love it!! It has really helped my digestion. Wonderful taste that works well even in Mexican dishes! In fact, I haven’t tried this in Indian food, so I think that speaks to how fantastic & versatile the churnas from Svastha are. I also sometimes use the Vata & Pitta churnas, as I have various imbalances at different times, and each blend has tasted excellent in every cuisine I’ve tried them with. Thank you for these amazing healing elixirs! 🙂 <3
